Our community is not equipped for EV charging.

Sutton Square is serviced by AT&T Fiber and Spectrum offering our residents a unique choice in their service provider!

We do not have any furnished units, but happily can connect anyone wishing to furnish with CORT furniture to build a package to suit their needs.

Sutton Square features a unique two story fitness center with a fantastic variety of machines, a yoga area, aerobics, and cardio room!

Meridian at Sutton Square features one and two bedroom loft units in limited quantity.

All our apartment homes feature a balcony for our resident’s use!
